Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or wrong item).
Return Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it, including offering a refund or exchange if necessary.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item and then placing a new order for the item you want. This will ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address), please reach out within 24 hours. After this period, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
